单塔转鼓式干燥机采用TSA技术,利用压缩气体热量,对吸附后的吸附区域进行加热再生,经过再生冷却器冷却后排出压缩空气中的水份;经过吸附转鼓后,可得到不高于常压露点-20℃的干燥成品气。该流程为连续运转,无切换吸附塔的过程。

The single-drum rotary dryer employs TSA (Temperature Swing Adsorption) technology, utilizing heat from compressed gas to regenerate the adsorption zones after adsorption. The moisture in the compressed air is removed via a regeneration cooler after cooling. After passing through the adsorption drum, the system delivers dry product gas with a dew point no higher than -20°C at atmospheric pressure. This process operates continuously without requiring switching between adsorption towers.
